  Introduction of the R&D department  

   GRTM's R&D team are all with more than 8 years working experience in rubber industry，and more than 65% of them have bachelor degree.The R&D team is made up of 36 staff . They are in charge of each step of formula developing, mould design, mould production, product design,product sample and mass production.
